2007 was the first year of Bible Quizzing for Cornerstone Apostolic Church.  The team members were Steven Sloan and Devin Abdalla, coached by David and Kathy Abdalla.  The study material for 2007 was "Bible Heroes of Faith".  It included 421 verses from the Old Testament on heroes such as Noah, Abraham, Moses, Ruth, and David.

Teams from across Tennessee competed in monthly tournaments.  The team had a great year, finishing 1st place in several tournaments.  They were also Tennessee District Champions, finishing the state tournament undefeated.  They qualified for the North American Bible Quiz Tournament in Charlotte, NC in August.

Bible quizzing is a tremendous program for our youth.  It combines memorizing the Word of God with some friendly competition.  "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee".  (Psalms 119:11)
